A Fresh Start For My Website
Hello,
If you have been waiting for new posts, I commend you on your patience. If you have just come across this website, welcome to the new era of the Zen of Conquest. I have removed all advertising, and have created a new look which I feel better represents the subtle elegance and excellence of this online journal. In the process I have also moved this website to one of my private servers, giving me greater flexibility to control everything that happens.
From now on, there will be regular updates to both my website and my twitter page. Many of the goals I was looking to accomplish have come to fruition, and now I have increased time for reflection. Bear with me, my noble minions, you shall see the glorious light of the ZOC very soon.

Necessary Evils
America is such a fickle place. Stupid consumers took out loans they could never hope to afford, with all kinds of complex conditions they didn't bother to read, and then they gripe about the economy. Banks and lenders sell the loans under false pretenses out of pure, unadulterated greed, cry about needing a bailout and then go right back to spending lavishly on their employees. But floating right under the surface of this is something profoundly optimistic: the promise of a new start.
Jealousy: The Swift Killer
Of all the emotions in the human palette, the single most harmful is jealousy. Lives get taken over it, great leaders have lost their empires because of it and quite frankly you're a fool if you allow it to take hold anywhere in your life. When people see things they don't have yet, or someone who has excelled at something they don't understand or have previously failed in, the first thing that comes to mind is the deadly green monster. As an evil genius bent on world domination, you must make sure that as you progress on your journey, you don't flaunt your success in the face of lesser people. Even if they have no previous ambition, it will strike a fire within even the weakest men to make your down fall their single mission in life.
From Spending To Investing
Why do you want to get rich? For most, it's about having the money to blow it all on things that have limited or no potential for being anything more than a temporary amusement. As a result, most people will work regular low-paying 9-to-5 jobs, save up for a certain period of time, and then spend it all in on some "thing" that gives them some short-term joy. They may have bills to pay, creditors calling and a child at home, but by god they have that "thing" that makes them feel like they've done something with their time. What you must realize, my minions, is that this is exactly what the rich and powerful of the world want you to do. It keeps the real money in their hands, and it gives them willing consumers who will continue to waste their money on materialistic possessions they don't need.
The answer is investing. There are many different methods, but the philosophy remains the same across the board: rather than spending money on things that will show up as an expense on your accounts, put your cash into something that will make you more of it. When successful investing strategies are put into action, your money works for you instead of you working for your money - which places you in a position to really get rich. Don't think that working any kind of employee position will get you enough currency to live comfortably, if you expect to get wealthy you need to make some intelligent investments.
